Creating a detailed Day - Of -Timeline for the wedding day, including vendor arrival times,

ceremony flow, and reception events

Communicating with vendors/send the Day-Of-Timeline (7-10 days prior to your wedding)

Rehearsal

Arrive 30 minutes prior to rehearsal time to go over any last minute details

Take the wedding party through the entire timeline

Ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities

Make a personal connection with the bridal party & family

Services on Wedding Day:

The Lead Coordinator will check in the morning of your wedding

She will arrive 2 hours prior to ceremony time & stay until your timeline is complete

Act as the contact person for vendors

*The Assistant Coordinator will arrive 1 hour prior to your ceremony time and stay as needed

We will help with any last minute details

Distribute bouquets & pin boutonnieres

Keep your wedding day on track…….from directing the ceremony – send off

Assist the wedding party, family & wedding guest as needed.

Create a great “flow” from the ceremony, to social hour, to reception

Keep everything on time from start to finish
